We make real biltong for real South Africans – This is not beef jerky. Take a bite of our Bledie Lekker biltong and it will transport you back home. Our major concern is authenticity, this is real South African bledie lekker biltong.

Our award winning recipe starts with a batch of our proprietary blend of spices. Our select USDA approved beef is cut, cured and hung to air dry with tender care. Each pound of our bledie lekker biltong is then selected, cut and packaged to order.

All Bledie lekker biltong is gluten free and free of artificial flavorings, it is available to you sliced, in chunks or in sticks.

Please note that biltong should be stored in the freezer for long term storage (if not consumed within 7-10 days)
